Top Gun: Maverick OTT Release Date
Top Gun: Maverick, starring Hollywood heavyweight Tom Cruise, debuted in theatres in May. The military action drama is a follow-up to the 1986 Tom Scott blockbuster Top Gun.
The screenplay for the sequel, written by Ehren Kruger, Eric Warren Singer, and Christopher McQuarrie, as well as the story by Peter Craig and Justin Marks, is directed by Joseph Kosinski.
The film’s exploratory production started on May 30, 2018 in San Diego, California, and it began filming in Lemoore, China Lake, and Lake Tahoe in California in April 2019 in addition to San Diego.

Netflix attempted to obtain the film’s global streaming rights but was unsuccessful; instead, Amazon Prime Video obtained the film’s streaming rights for India. The film’s streamer has now been confirmed in the Indian market.

On May 27, 2022, the movie was also released in theatres in India in five languages, including dubbed versions of Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Malayalam in addition to the English version.
